If you grew up attending church, e.g., Sunday School, Vacation Bible School, Bible Study, and Revivals, you’ve most likely heard of a story of a man named Gideon. Gideon was an unlikely leader. He didn’t see himself as the mighty warrior he was predestined to be.
In a time of great war, Gideon was chosen to lead the Israelites to victory. Gideon, who often doubted himself, defied the odds against him and strategically overcame every test of faith.
Beloved, our imperfections do not matter when answering destiny’s call. All we must do is move forward with the strength that we have. For truly, it is with the one step of faith that we take that every mountain becomes a mole hole.
